Dr Paul Smith
I help New Zealand businesses supply products that that last longer and are easier to repair. I work with producers and suppliers to improve product design and develop better support systems for customers throughout their products' lifetimes.
I support community, industry and non-profit organisations to provide repair services and workshops, develop local repair skills, create repair standards, and research product lifecycle best practice.
